S’il fallait deux mots pour définir la nouvelle chanson française ce serait incontestablement Feu! Chatterton. Le quintet de dandys parisiens, fait salle comble depuis la sortie de son excellent 2^e album « L’oiseleur ». Emmené par la plume d’Arthur, chanteur-poète, le groupe fusionne les genres et les époques : le rock rencontre la littérature et les textes nous content des nouveaux territoires mélodieux et incandescents, des personnages aussi sensuels que baroques.

If two words could sum up the latest wave of French song-writing it would undoubtedly be Feu! Chatterton. This quintet of Parisian dandies has been filling concert halls ever since their excellent 2^nd album, “L’oiseleur”. The group is led by the excellent writing hand of Arthur, singer and poet, and fusions music styles and periods: rock meets literature, the lyrics tell us about new melodic and incandescent landscapes as well as characters that are as sensual as they may seem baroque.
