La Malanga de Bruxelles, propose une salsa originale issue des musiques des années 60-70 et des rythmes du bassin caribéen. Percussions, piano, basse, flûte et voix, autant de musiciens qui vont vous faire revenir à la sauce tropicale. Avec ces cuistots-là, vous serez choyés aux petits oignons, frits dans l’huile de soleil, sautés dans un jus de piment, grisés de trop d’émotions, car c’est bien connu, quand la Malanga a la patate, on repart avec la banane !
Brussels’ La Malanga propose an original form of Salsa influenced by the music of the 60s and 70s along with the rhythms of the Caribbean sea. With percussion, piano, bass, flute and voice these musicians will take you back to that special tropical sauce. And with these particular cooks you will enjoy sun-fried baby onions with chilli sauce finished with a dollop of emotion, for as we all know when La Malanga is on form we all leave with a smile!
